Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet relaxing atmosphere.
1 daytime clerk was absolutely obnoxious and rude. All the other staff was quite friendly and helpful.

The coffee was good.
The beds are not comfortable. They need a box spring or a better mattress. I cannot walk as a result of a sore back from them.

Check in was very bad , used pre check-in yet the employee took over 25 minutes to get the keys to the rooms , was unable to use the computer at the front desk
