Property was easy to find with parking (although limited), quiet, gorgeously designed rooms - loved the aesthetic. Aesop was a lovely touch.
WiFi and TV didn’t work the whole stay. Staff were not proactive.

Well kept grounds.
Staff working the front lobby was not service oriented. They barely greeted me in the mornings and they were indifferent during check out. They need to be better trained on how to provide good customer service.
