fridge with ice box, cooker and microwave. Wifi. There is a DVD player with dvds in the house also. The dining table is located in the con
conservatory and seats 6 people.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with free standing shower.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with a master bedroom ensuite and walk in closet.
There is also a twin bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Located in a small development chestnut house at Glendale, has access to a children’s play area and tennis court on the site.

Outside

Located just a few minutes from Rosslare’s famous Beach, Chestnut Grove is situated within minutes walking distance of the
Blue Flag beach and the centre of the Village making all amenities easily accessible by foot. Kellys Resort Hotel is closely located.

A damage deposit of €100 will be requested on arrival and returned on departure once the property is left in a clean and tidy condition
