Inn at Lebanon - Hershey & Manheim area

We were able to get a free upgrade since the room I booked originally was being renovated. They even had a couch with a pullout bed, which was Perfect for our party. We tend to stay here every year when we visit the Renaissance Faire and haven't had many problems over the years!

The beds weren't the best quality; felt almost wavy like a water bed, or an air mattress. They were fine to sleep in, but difficult to sit upright in, or roll into a better position. I fell off the bed in the middle of the night 😅 I'm fine; I caught myself, but it scared me awake. Since it was newly renovated, there were some odd things we found, they seemed understandable, but again, odd, like the one drawer on the wardrobe was missing a handle, and the edge of the carpet looked bleached? The only other odd thing we noticed, but wasn't Really a problem... The wall left a strange chalky residue on fabric. We had leaned our bag and a sweatshirt against the wall, and when we went to grab them again, noticed the white film on them. Was fairly easy to brush off, but it didn't seem like that should have happened. All in all, nothing drastic to really say we didn't enjoy our stay.

Staff was very friendly; they are working on remodeling the entire hotel and my room was amazing so nice and clean and bed was amazing.

Really crumby

Galway to room smelled like smoke, room was dirty on on the inside (as in requires a full deep clean, daily clean was great, manager should go through each room with a black light spotter though..)
