Some mold in shower

The room was extremely spacious, and I wish there had been a table and chairs to make better use of the ample space. I appreciated having a coffee maker and mini fridge, which kept things reasonably cold. Breakfast was great, with eggs and sausage one day and eggs and bacon the next. There was a good variety of options, including plenty of coffee and juice, as well as a waffle maker. However, some items, such as yogurt and milk for cereal, ran out well before the breakfast period ended.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues during my stay. The room had a musty smell, and there was a moisture-absorbing product in the closet, suggesting this was a known issue. Several metal door frames and closet fixtures were corroded or rusty, and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower and holes in the shower curtain. The shampoo dispenser was completely empty. There were also unexplained drips coming from the smoke detector and other marks on the wall and bathroom door. A good cleaning of the walls would take care of that! Of the two elevators, only one was operational and it was slow. The ice machine on my floor had been removed, so getting ice required going all the way down to the first floor. The walls were also quite thin, and I could hear the neighboring room's TV. Initially, I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi because a screen prompted me to pay for access. I tried calling the front desk, but the phone in my room was not working, so I had to go down to reception in person. The receptionist ultimately provided me with a staff login so I could access the Wi-Fi.
