May need more and larger towels for the swimmpool. Other than that, the rest is great.

Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved having a balcony that opened directly onto the pool area. My child especially loved it! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. 😀

There was no place to park near our room. All of the available parking spaces near our room were for electric vehicles.

The rooms were not fully serviced and I had to ask several times to get it partially cleaned and provided fresh towls.
The staff were uncaring, unprofessional and made guests like we were bothering them when to ask basic or simple questions. Seems the maid staff if grossly understaffed. My room was very dark and dank regardless it was next to the pool.
