The people were super nice and I like there were multiple doors you could enter the building. We were on top floor and even though it was busy, we weren’t disturbed by any noises. The ladies working breakfast were always cleaning and refilling. They cared about what they were putting out which is rare.
My bathroom floor had a wet dog smell. So like a dirty mop. Other than that everything was great.

My room was so spacious! There was ample room to spread out my luggage, and I appreciated a small sofa for sitting on to read in the evenings. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kingsport!
As an early morning tea-drinker, I wish there were an opportunity to fill my travel mug with hot water so that I might enjoy a cup of my tea (I bring with me) in my room while reading quietly in the wee hours of the morning.

The gentleman (didn’t catch his name) was helpful and efficient.
Our room smelled awful of mold/mildew. As soon as you walked it it hit you right in the face. My daughter also found brown spots on the blanket. Ew!
