Front desk Lisa is WONDERFUL! I had messed up my reservation, redid it, tried to add a day through booking.com, and I finally phoned the property where I was assured that everything would be fixed before I arrived. It wasn’t. It took me longer to explain to Lisa what I had done and what I needed that it took for her to fix my multiple reservations and roll them into one.
It’s a perfect location for me to visit my son who lives nearby.
Can’t think of anything.

Room was decent (good). Can't complain. Bed was surprisingly more comfortable than expected which was good. Clean- no bugs! Thats important.
No elevator that I know of. Had to walk up stairs, which is ok. But not ideal. I didnt like having to drive around the building to find the front of the building. Usually the front would face the road?? But I guess this could keep highway noise further away from rooms. Room could use a little updating with tv and tv services.
For the things that actually matter, all good for what you'd expect. Probably exceeded my expectations.
