Clarion Pointe Racine - Mount Pleasant

Clean room, smell fresh and clean. Refrigerator was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioner kept me nice and cool all night. Breakfast was ok, just enough options to satisfy and get me full for the morning. Clean dining area.

The water in the restroom tub gets too hot.

The hotel was close to Kohl's, Walmart, Scooters, and many restaurants. It wasn't too far away from the family we were visiting in Kenosha. The hotel was in a nice area of town and easy to get to. The staff was friendly.

The walls are pretty thin as we could hear people in the hallway and in the room next to us. The air conditioner worked but dripped water on the carpet so by the time we were checking out, the floor was pretty wet under the a/c unit.

Friendly staff.

Loved the property very convenient slightly expensive though

I didn’t like that I wanted to get refunded for the remaining days I didn’t stay due to my work assignment ending and staff as well as management told me that I can check out but can’t get refunded for the days I didn’t stay took about a week for me to finally resolve this through customer support which resulted in my money back for that reason I would never book with them again due to this and they contradict their policy from the ones they use through third party apps! This was definitely a form of stealing I lost interest outside of that the staff was ok except the lady cleaning rooms she just enters your room whether the sign is up or not or whether your in your room or not she was sweet but I didn’t like that
