Tyler at the front desk went above and beyond. He was pleasant, helpful and an excellent problem solver.

Some of the rooms had the AC turned off for the winter. Tyler moved us so we would be comfortable.

The property was located in a great area. The property was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable.

Our bathroom sink had almost no water pressure. Some wallpaper was peeling in our room and also the TV in our bathroom had a broken screen. The website promised two complementary bottles of water but when we checked in in our room, there were two bottles of Fiji water in each had a price tag of $2.50. The website also said there was a full American breakfast included in the room price. But the breakfast was continental and rather lacking.
