Friendly staff. Room was clean and plenty of space to put items. Lighting in room was great and bathroom counter space was good. It was quiet and we would stay again.
Would prefer a higher and oblong toilet instead of the low round type and a place to put hanging clothes. We always prefer a coffee urn for breakfast rather than a small single cup machine which takes time.

Clean, comfortable room.
Was a bit noisy. No coffee maker in the room. Difficulty operating the TV with 2 remotes. Shower soap dispenser was out of soap.

The facility was nice and clean
Checking was a bit overwhelming because the Windsor sign is in front of the other hotel. Im sure the other hotel hates that they always have to redirect people. It sure was inconvenient for us.

Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was great. Nothing much on Monday. Beds seemed clean and very comfortable. AC worked. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Toilet worked great
Nasty looking carpeting on stairs… NO ELEVATORS… and in rooms stained upholstered chairs and chest of drawers that were unstable with drawers hanging open all the time.
