It was the best hotel I've stayed at in San Antonio. Definitely will be staying here from now on. The beds are soooo comfortable and the room was very clean.
Everything was perfect

Breakfast. Friendly staff
We were on 2nd floor. After first night elevator went out. My wife has a bad knee. We told staff. They promised to try to relocate us...they did not deliver. Could have been the best score I've given and I am a level 2 Genius. We stayed 10 nights I think....without an elevator to assist my wife. Even I got weary of walking up stairs. We are over age 60!
Total mismanagement....failure....very sad

Staff was friendly, the room and common areas were clean, the bed and sofa were comfortable, breakfast was nice and as someone not from Texas I look forward to having a Texas shaped waffle every time I plan to stay in a hotel so having one was one of the highlights of my stay.
The only thing that I would have changed is the pillow top used on the king sized bed fitting better. It seemed to be maybe one size too small, though I was still able to adjust accordingly to be able to sleep comfortably.
