Best Western Premier the Central Hotel & Conference Center

Always stop here for Hershey swap meet. Very clean & comfortable, good restaurant & bar. Great location & on the right side of Harrisburg for Hershey. They also don’t seem to hike the prices up for when events are on. We’ll be back.

Staff was very helpful and very nice

The house keeper was not polite and was not helpful She was speaking very loudly The story started in the morning last Wednesday 15 April when I called front desk asking for cleaning my room and the lady in front desk confirmed that my room will be cleaned but when we came back the room not cleaned only trash collected So I called the front desk and I informed him that room was not cleaned He sent a lady with some towels So next morning I again called the front desk asking for cleaning my room that was early in the morning but about 10:00 in the morning a black lady came to the room she was speaking very loudly and rudely and shouting that she do the bathroom but she just used a towel to clean the bathroom without using any cleaning detergent This very bad way of treating customers
