Room was clean and comfortable
The showehead in our room needs to be replaced very poor water flow. Also the receptionist at the front desks had too many responsibilities, she checked people in,was the bartender and the cook for the Placery, which is not a restaurant as described.

The fourth floor smelled of mildew in berlin

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having a small area to sit and the refrigerator was a plus. This felt like a secure location. We did ask for and receive 2 extra pillows.
The remote didn’t work for the TV, so I took it to the front desk and changed it out. The next one, the volume couldn’t be adjusted. I gave up. The telephone to phone the front desk was disconnected from the wall and there was no cord at all.

The location was ok on the outskirts of town. The staff was very nice.
For such an expensive room, it did not live up to it’s hype. For example, their was mold in the corners of the shower, the TV remote quit working, the toilet seat was not screwed down properly, the window had moisture between the panes, and the shade did not go down easily.
