The wifi service.. Last 2 times staying one on the 4th floor and the 5th floor i couldn't even connect to your wifi... needs improved

Staff at the front and in the dining areas were very friendly and we absolutely adored the rooftop! Rooms were pretty comfy, it felt much better after we turned on the AC for a bit and in the morning it was really nice to just leave the windows open. Food was also very good at both the bar and Gunroom! Lastly, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, everyone was lively and friendly.
Our room was a little delayed to be ready and there were trashbags and other cleaning carts, vacuums, etc. from the cleaning services all throughout the hallway, making it hard to walk through with ease, especially in the first hour of staying. Lastly, not the Lafayette Hotel and its staff team, but I found it disrespectful that there were parents with their children that were allowing their children to throw objects at the ceiling in the lobby.
