Cleanliness and location.
The cost due to being a college town, and the property was too dated.

The location was perfect! The room was very large and clean. The staff were kind and professional. This small hotel was very pleasant and I would definitely stay there again!
I arrived late and didn't have as much time as I would've liked to enjoy the room!
