Breakfast was great and convenient. View’s spectacular. Staff friendly. Surprised us with a sweet treat in honor of our 42 nd wedding anniversary which is why we were there. Awesome hospitality and very comfortable. Thank you!
I didn’t love climbing stairs to get to the third floor with luggage but the view was worth the climb. There was nothing else that we didn’t like about the property. The Nor’easter was unexpected when we made our plans, but it was fun to see the ocean at high tide during a storm. Luckily no rain.

Dune level roo, the single bed was as comfortable, if not more than the king bed extremely surprised!
The staff was above and beyond our expectations always friendly, always helpful
The area where the beach chairs and umbrellas are stored is not very neat and tidy could be kept better

The property was in the perfect location. It was quite and relaxing, and we had the perfect weekend. Definitely a place I would recommend.
