The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. I love the fact the rooms have linoleum flooring-I wish more hotels did that, feels so much cleaner. And the room was affordable. Better than most "higher" quality hotels I've stayed in. Plus housekeeping came while we were out-most hotels don't even offer that anymore, only upon "request".
I'm really pleased with everything. I guess the only thing that would've made it better was a coffee maker but there was coffee downstairs, promptly, in the morning so I can't even complain about that.

Was in a very quiet setting. Bed was very comfortable and also the pillows were comfortable. Hot enough hot water and amount of pressure was good.
No milk to have cereal. No tea bags to make hot tea. At least there was juice to drink.

The location was great. The staff was nice. The rest was questionable at best. The price seemed decent until we got to the hotel.
The building has a grimy feel. The room was barely surface clean. But overall, it was not fresh and clean feeling. You could see that there was dirt around the molding.
There was no elevator which we didn't know until check in.
