The room was a nice size. It was clean and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries.
The hotel is obviously under construction with signs posted announcing the hotel is undergoing remodeling. That is understandable and not a problem.
However, it’s also obvious that routine maintenance is not a priority. The light in the shower did not work, making it very dark in the bathroom. The shower leaked all over the floor due to a missing shower door bottom sweep.
The reception at the front desk was less than enthusiastic. The employee at the front desk was not welcoming. She was not rude, rather she was distracted and not friendly. Overall, check-in made for a poor first impression.
