Oxford Inn and Suites Nasa

The rooms are super clean. (Always )I quietly check in a little bit later than usual but was not in a hurry or rushed to leave during check out time. Staff is doing an amazing job. Had a few neighbors next door and downstairs but we all kind of had a very quiet, respectable, peaceful night.

I wish the pool could be clean and done a lot faster. But hey, I can see management is doing everything he/she/they can to try and figure that pool out on their own. 👍

My room was surprisingly large and very clean and comfortable . The a.c. leaked a bit , but i had it running 5 days straight as it was over a 100 degrees everyday. I did find a deal roach in the corner of my.eoom, but these things happen in texas. The room was spotless so being dirty wasn't the. I pre booked and pre paid and was incredibly disappointed that the pool was down. The pool was literally a deciding factor when I booked. It would have made sense for the receptionist to let me know. Other then that i would say the room was 100% worth it

Tv channels stunk. No streaming services.. pool broken without any notice given

There were only three pillows for a King size bed for two people. Check in office keeps their doors locked so when i went to ask for two more pillows I had to wait outside the locked door (at 4pm), and ONE OF THE PILLOWS WAS DIRTY AND HAD PET HAIR, COBBWEBS AND SOMETHING ELSE ON IT AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE PILLOW CASES! I asked the worker for pillow cases and he went to look but said they didn't have any. I told him I couldn't believe their hotel didn't have two extra pillow cases??? Made me feel like they probably never change the bedding. Not the best feeling.
