Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sheridan Hotel & Convention Center

Wonderful. Restful night

The staff was very friendly especially the guy at the front desk who checked us in. The facilities were very clean, very nice work-out room & the breakfast was a nice bonus.

The restaurant was short staffed & the food was just ok.

Check in/check out was easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room.

Better food selection for evening dining.

The part that is renovated looks nice.

When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation when she finally registered us she said she would upgrade our room. Well we got an old tacky room with beat up furniture, window coverings and lamp shades all askew. Apparently they are renovating this property, and based on the cars in their lot their guest census count was low given the size of the 4 story property, so we didn’t understand why what they assigned us was not one of the newly renovated rooms. So NOT worth the 1 night room charge. When we mentioned it to the front desk at checkout his attitude was “Oh well”.
