Clean & close to the Dr I had to see at WVU

I loved it

Super convenient to my activities. I love that it’s independent and not part of a chain. Good choice of breakfast options, including fruit and yogurt.

First, Joyce at the Front Desk was so helpful, kind, and patient. I had used Booking.com - and booked the wrong dates. And Booking.com did not have a way to change without a huge charge. I call the hotel direct, spoke with Joyce, she had me to come by - as I need the rm that night, not a week out. She assured me it would get resolved and no $100 rebooking fee. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and the entire hotel was exceptional. I had stayed just down the road - in eyesight at another hotel, that was awful - literally awful. Euro-Suites was just incredible, I wish I had stayed here all along at Euro-Suites. Spacious. Well appointed. Comfortable. Clean. Awesome people.

That I could not change the reservation myself. But thankful - it seems to have been resolved.

The property was amazing. The people were amazing.

The bed could be a little more comfortable.
