we are planning to stay for a while but the thing is my card decline. I called the bank already. They told me that my account is active. So i can proceed for payment but still when i try to swipe didnt work. But when i pay in the store like target they accepted my card. Just dont know why it happened in the hotel.

The lobby staff was very friendly
That you had to pay extra for the waterpark.
The water park only had one double tube! There were multiple families that needed the tube and had to constantly wait to see if there were done with it.

We have stayed a number of times and it is always great

Location
The elevators are old made noises. Need new elevators.
The mattresses and pillows where to old , not sleeping comfortable.
