Ferninand in the Restaurant was amazing. Excellent customer service. Food was great. He really kept everything moving including himself. Very friendly. He made a difference.
The parking exit wasn't working when we checked out. Cars were backed up. The hotel desk staff was doing their best to help out but whoever responded over the speaker from the parking company was not very helpful. Paying $40 per day for parking, I would expect better.

Check-in was pretty quick and checkout was the same. The property was in a good location for what we were there for the weekend. People were really friendly and nice. Definitely would stay there again.

The location is good
I rented a room for about 200 a night for two nights my husband showed up the night before me
When I arrived my door to my husband and my room was wide open and unlocked with the door left unlocked by the dead bolt something a maid would do but no one was around and so I called the office and their response was dismissive
All of my husbands property in an unlocked room ?
