Pet friendly, The room, bathroom and hotel was spotless. The morning breakfast was great. A special thank you the breakfast person (she was from my home area) she was very sweet. She always greeted us with a smile. We chatted about the winters in NY.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean, modern, spacious rooms. Pillows too big though. I went and bought my own for $10. Breakfast very good. About 5-10 minutes to ECU and everything else.
Big pillows. Not enough parking one busy night.

The dog room on the first floor has two bed that slope downward. They need to be updated.

I like the location & attentive nature of the front desk personnel. The room was decent in size & clean upon arrival.
This wasn’t my first time staying in a hotel. The previous hotels I’ve stayed at, my room was turned (bed made, drinking cups, towels replenished & commode cleaned) daily. The stay at this Best Western, none of the above was done. This was the hotel experience I have ever had.
