This is my 4th time staying here, for stop on my way to Big Bend NP. It is a very nice "mom & pop" kind of place. The prices are very good, room is clean and the place is quiet. They do have a pool, which was nice to pop into after a long hot motorcycle ride. The couple that own it are very nice and we chatted frequently.
I mostly do coffee in the morning, the rooms don't have individual coffee makers, so you have to walk to the breakfast area. The "included" breakfast is pretty simple, oatmeal, cereal & fruit. Which is OK with me.

This is a cool little hotel on the main strip in town. It's a little dated but I wasn't looking for fancy accommodations. The lobby is very cool & personal. The owners had stories for most of the art & the displays they had in their lobby which was a lot of fun. I enjoyed hearing about them. The owners are very nice & accommodating. They were the highlight of the stay.
The facility is getting a little old & could probably use an upgrade. The Wi-Fi was very weak. Again, I wasn't looking for anything fancy & would stay there again. Some others might be turned off by this though.

Check in was easy and the bed was comfortable.
The room was outdated. Comfortable enough for 1 night, but not a place I'd want to spend any time.
