it was in a good area love the room the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome i loved the it m just wanted to get away and be lazy lay around on the bed or couch it was nice to fix stuff there loved the fridge if we didn’t want to get out we didn’t have to and loved the starbucks close by

loved that it was located around a lot

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very spacious and the distance to the Plex was perfect.

There was a large piece of the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower that should really be fixed before it falls into the shower.😱😱

Loved that they had a big room to fit our family. The staff was super nice and helpful when we spoke with them. Especially the first day (the man who greeted us when we arrived and the blonde lady later that day), but all days. The breakfast ladies seemed a little grumpy but that's OK. To be fair I didn't try to talk to them, ha. Their faces suggested I should just let them do their job. 🤣 Desk staff really nice, even with all our kids. Appreciated that. Sometimes desk staff can come across snobby or impatient but they didn't. Premises were clean wherever we went, and breakfast was good. It was a good stay for our small group traveling!

Nothing major! Would have liked bacon for breakfast ha. It's the only pork I'll eat and they had every kind BUT over the course of our stay. Pillows were flat and lackluster. Otherwise, it met our needs really well.

The size of the rooms and the fact that they corrected a major issue that they caused.

Well I booked a two bedroom suite because of the people we had on the trip with us. Upon arriving at check in I was told that our two bedroom suite was changed to a normal queen suite because someone that stayed in a suite the night before decided to extend their stay and it took the suite that we had booked months in advance. They put us in a standard queen room which was not going to work for us, which is why I booked a 2 bedroom suite in the first place. They are lucky that they had 2 rooms with adjourning doors to correct the issue and I made sure that I paid the same amount for the 2 rooms as I would have the suite. This was completely unacceptable for the hotel to do as they do not know a person's situation when they book a particular room with certain requirements to begin with. Overall they did correct the issue and we paid just slightly more than we should have because of tax. It was a big turn off from the beginning though. Also breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and there were not many options at all. Pretty sure there was no food staff working and the front desk person was handling front desk issues as well as breakfast food so things were not kept up on during breakfast and most food options were empty with an hour still remaining for breakfast to be served.
