Osaka Ebisu Hotel

Location is good Hotel is great

All good thanks

really liked the Osaka Ebisu Hotel, especially the staff – everyone was so friendly and polite, even the chambermaids. They gave out towels every day, but we didn't use them because we wanted to help the environment. The toilet was small but spotless and perfect. That's just how Japanese toilets are designed. We get it. The breakfasts were amazing – better than I expected! You can get a drink or coffee for free until 10:00 pm.

The internet connection can be a bit hit and miss. It's sometimes slow or even down right slow and there have been a few times when it's completely crashed. Could be done to improve it.

Location was great, room was big and comfortable, price was good, close to all the good things and great views of the Tsutenkaku.

Very good location and good price, modern lobby and rooms just felt very cheap remodel.

Did not offer water in lobby for us to refill. Which made it difficult to unwind as we arrived
