Incredible style in breakfast area and lobby. Lots of comfortable common areas to lounge in. Generally friendly staff (except for one girl in the breakfast area). Generous breakfast hours (6am-10am). Easy check-in. Key code only to enter room (no physical key). Free cookies (but strangely set out at breakfast time???) Good safe location. Quiet.
Our room (2nd floor) remained very humid throughout our stay. Bathroom: not at all renovated (missing grout, layers of caulking around tub), only 2 bath towels provided for 4 people, very limited options to hang towels in bathroom, shower curtain did not block water from getting into rest of bathroom. No closet or dresser in room.

The staff!
The first room we were in had an issue of mold in the sink-I am super sensitive ( my husband didn’t notice a problem!). We had booked one of the last rooms, the staff were understanding and helpful, to the point of asking a housekeeper to stay late so they could move us to another (upgraded!) room.
We loved having a Starbucks and food truck in walking distance. Turning left onto Walton Blvd was a bit daunting… but not enough to keep us from booking there again!

Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were good.
Room wasn't as clean as I would expect and the hotel had an over powering smell of disinfectant. Some of the rooms looked tired (I was on the 2nd floor for the first night) which was noisy due to the air con unit and rooms around us. However we moved to a first floor room which felt more modern. I never had a hot shower during my 3 night stay although my daughter did once.
