The front desk receptionist Waseemah was very kind and professional. Room was booked at last minute could not make the drive to SC that night. I asked for a 1st floor room for my parents. They could no way possible do the stairs
The room reserved the lock would not work. She apologized on several occasion and gave them another room. I mentioned to her it was not her fault. My parents were accommodated and had a good night's sleep.
I didn't know that there were no elevators

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful Room was mostly clean
The bathroom has wall paper peeling from the walls around the tub and there was some hair on the floor in the room. There isn’t much to the free breakfast.
