Very close to shopping and restaurants

Bella at the front desk was helpful and had a good attitude. A smile is always appreciated. Room was OK. Nothing special but OK.

1. Room was tight. Bathroom could use an update. The hairdryer needs to be updated. 2. Hallways looked a bit dirty. A good vacuum would do wonders. 3. The gym facilites are 3 old machines. Very depressing. 4. Only two EV charging stations that were constantly occupied. 5. The fire alarm went off at 3 am. Hotel personnel didn't mentioned it, or gave an explanation what happened. 6. The location is not ideal but it works for no other alternative in Blacksburg.

Close to Radford University and close to everything you need.

The room had a funny smell.

Anyone we interacted with was friendly. Free breakfast for IHG members.

Needs a major refresh. Outdated decor, furniture, paint etc. Bathroom had visable rust around tracking. Tiny darks hairs left in shower. Mattress needs to be replaced, it has several mattress toppers on it trying to make it better but it's just time to replace. The breakfast was ok for being free, but I would not pay for it. We ordered room service one night and the fries were good but the margarita pizza was different than we're used to, and it would've tasted good but there was too much balsamic. It was also pretty load at night with slamming doors and drunk people.
