The check in was in a wonderful historic home across the street from the property. It's located next to the main Seaside Prominade which is right on the historic beach. View or no view [and they have units with a view], it's a great place to stay in Seaside -- close to everything!

I liked having a kitchenette with sink. This room had a table with 2 chairs. Enjoyed electric fireplace. It was close to beach.
We had a choice of 2 rooms, was told supposedly the exact same. Glad we were able to see both because only one had a table w/2 chairs which was important to us. The office was across the street from the rooms, not much signage to find. Parking was terrible, although we went off season which we had no trouble but summer would be hard.

The room was beautiful and beyond our expectations for the price.
Clean and cozy. Modern decor and spacious bathroom with a spa bath, that was a surprise.
It is very welcoming with bath robes available and a wonderfully comfortable bed. That topped it off for me 😉 Small kitchenette with everything we needed.
So close to the beach with chairs on the front lawn to enjoy tbe activities on the Promenade
Food places close by. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others l.
Parking was a little tight to get in and out of, but at least there was parking available, very grateful.
We had a room upstairs, and it rained when we left, so we had to be careful coming down them as they were outside.

The location was good. Close to the beach and town.
The room smelled strongly of bleach. TV was tiny. I thought I was getting a room on the promenade but was was in a building behind with no view. I had to walk a block to the beach but room was advertised as on the promenade with a view.
