The swimming pool and hot tub were great. The bed was also comfortable and the bellman, Mr. Alex was the kindest bellman I’ve ever come across! He is also extremely knowledgeable about the property. Here’s a special shout out to Mr. Alex for being the only person who made my family and I feel welcomed when we arrived.
Front desk personnel was slightly rude and abrasive. We did not feel welcomed. Again, the nicest staff member with the biggest warm smile was the bellman, Mr. Alex.
