We stayed during fall break. We were right across from the island. 2 Queen beds. Location was amazing. Pool side. Room was larger than expected. Very nice. Could fit 1-2 full size air mattresses if needed. Very clean, pools and hot tubs were amazing. Could walk to everything. Large tv for night time. Anytime we needed anything extra they delivered on it. Breakfast was good.
I think you guys should upgrade to coffee machines that take k-cups. Any brand would work. Vending machines were not working in back building. Larger weights in work out area, up to 50lbs would be nice. Ice machines on bottom floors. Some bacon and shredded cheese to the breakfast would be nice. I can’t tolerate sausage. Sugar free syrup options as well. But was yummy.

The beds were comfortable!
We were there for rod run. They were allowing people to safe there parking spaces. Even the handicap ones. Which made it hard to fine somewhere to park. We ended up in over flow parking. Which wasn’t always convenient with our son who is handicapped. Had I known they were gonna permit parking saving we would have done that. The room smelled misty, like mildew. There appear to be some at the top of the wall in the bathroom.

The location was good. There was also one employee that stood out among the employees I came into contact with. His name was Roberto. He is a hard worker and very on top of things. He is very nice and polite.
I didn’t like how someone spoke to him over the radio. It was rude.
