Location & value. Pretty spartan accommodations, but great for a one night stay. Right next to a Waffle House.
Several maintenance issues. I submitted a list at checkout.

The staff is always nice and helpful fast-checking
Maybe the wait for me to get my deposit back but staff was very communicative with me and it was worth the wait because I got my deposit back but understand when you're busy and there's only one person working
