Location and cleanliness.
The checking guys at night are very rude and nasty. Im a working man and a business owner. The last thing I do not want to deal with after a 13 hour work day is a person with a snotty attitude refusing to give me another set of towels.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and provided great value for a work trip.
Everything went smoothly and met my expectations but room was smells bad.
