I like how it was kind of hidden away from main streets and freeways. It was a vibe!

An extra $100 deposit was collected without prior notice. A refund was promised "upon checkout" but did not appear yet (30 hours ago) on my VISA.

We were able to modify our stay as the job was completed

Smokers that shouldn't have been smoking as its a non smoking hotel lol

The convenience of its location off the freeway

They had two ice machines both were broken. The pillows were old and lumpy. The staff were very rude. Every time we talk to them or asked them about something they wouldn’t have an answer or would say they didn’t have it or couldn’t help us. On the day we checked out the woman in the front office said we had until 1130 to be out of the room. If we were there after 11:30 AM, she was going to keep the security deposit. We were out just before 11:30 and they still kept my security deposit. The sink faucet was broken. The rooms were less than clean. The fan in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom had a very musty smell to it. All of the outlets in the room were loose so when you tried to plug something in, it would just fall right back out of the outlet. The remote for the TV was taped together with parts missing and didn’t work for the TV.
