Room was super clean! Smelt great even though it was a smoking room! Well stocked! Hot tub was Amazing! Staff super friendly! Bed sooooo comfy!!!!

A bit pricey for a room! Food wasn't very good and really expensive.

Clean and friendly.

Could not find a waitress during the day. Wanted coffee so went looking for one after about an hour. Also, the slot machines were pretty tight. Went through lots of cash during the day- quickly. Any bonus you finally got was meager. However, the evening was better. Good thing, or we wouldn’t consider coming back.

The Starbucks and cafe was expensive and understaffed

I was very disappointed, we came to the casino for concert deep purple and Kansas, stood in line for close to 3 hours to have the whole concert cancelled, it was very warm standing there, plus at some of our ages we could not stand long, yes we were refunded the cost of the tickets, but we still had cost of hotel, gas(3 hours away) and food. It still was expense. Has we stood in the the casino did nothing for the customers in line, maybe have a waitress come through for drinks or pass out cometary water. It would have made the time a little better. There were a lot of upset customers. I was very disappointed with how this was handled
