I loved everything, the rooms are very comfortable super clean. They have complementary breakfast that’s very yummy, the staff are super nice and accommodating

The daughter of the boss has a very very bad attitude and needs to be more professional and welcoming
The daughter of the main guy. The floors need to be mopped and the TV doesn't work

The breakfast is not a breakfast but is bad coffee, cheap granola bars and a small children’s punch. Breakfast room is used as a storage room. Building is filled with good smelling food but not for guests. Stop advertising a breakfast or start actually serving a breakfast.
Better breakfast, softer beds, actual hot water in shower ( lukewarm at best) and actual quiet time restriction, very noisy guests late at night, outside talking loudly.
