Staff was excellent, helping us make a necessary change.
Hot tub was out of order and vending machine was out of order, two things we were planning on taking advantage of.

The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was very clean.
There wasn't an elevator to get upstairs...which made it hard to get all of our luggage to the room.

Nice room. Great people. Great view.
The breakfast buffet kept running out of food. Not nearly as many choices as in the past. We have stayed there many times. Maid service was marginal. We stayed 3 nights. After the first day the beds weren't made. The 2nd day the beds were very poorly made. Not up to past standards.
