Breakfast menu offered lots of choices. Coffee was excellent. The service was prompt and the servers were friendly.
It would be nice if the breakfast started at 7 instead of 7:30. No other comments here.

Convenient to everything and steeped in rich history. Our go to hotel in Manchester.
Some rotting wood throughout the property needs attention. Not as crisp as it could be and once was.

The facilities were very nice including use of the spa. The grounds were beautiful. Coffee was available in the lobby as well as afternoon snacks. The tavern and bar were very welcoming. Best of all was the staff: Gigi at the front desk was very helpful and Yuta, the bellhop, was helpful and charming.

Location and spa
Room was very old, floor slanted with bed slanted , very dirty windows, noisy fan that kept us up all night. Hotel would not refund us.
