Everything was great, Me and my family were very comfortable with everything. The food was really good.
I purchased the tickets because it said breakfast was included. When we got downstairs we had to pay for everything. The meals to include the snacks were all upcharged and really expensive compared to other hotels or stores.

Location in downtown Ogden (walking distance of historic centre, good choice of reataurants and other services nearby ). Brilliant staff
No access from reception to car park, had to haul suitcases via public street to the hotel's private car park

The location is great and the manager (once I was finally able to get a hold of him) was great to work with and resolve the issues that I had. The room was comfortable and clean.
The initial front desk agent was extremely rude and made my issues seem like they were not her problem. She did not want to do her job and pretty much "shooed" me away. The hotel randomly changed my room type without any notification and did not resolve the issue until days later or offer any type of refund until the manager finally got involved.
