Location and value
Our room needed some TLC. Bathroom tub had mold and no soap for the tub. Desk chair broken and desk did not appear clean. Also areas of hall carpet were taped down on the edges.

The location was near restaurants and easy to find
The guy at check in was horrible and we had to wait 25 minutes for him to come downstairs to check in and he was rude

The location was good. Right off the highway. Lots of food choices. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast was good. The shower/ water pressure fabulous.
Though not your fault, the cost in Canadian dollars was not good value. The pool was not open. The hotel is becoming dated though clean.. For an overnight rest, it was much seeded and appreciated.
