The accommodation is perfect, the service from everyone was excellent, and the breakfast as well as the cleaning was prepared with so much love! This was my husband's fourth trip to the city and our first time staying at La Quinta de Hot Springs; it will definitely be our only choice for future trips. We want to thank Mrs. Kupal for her warmth and kindness toward us and congratulate the entire team (service, maintenance, breakfast, and housekeeping) because everything was perfect. God bless you all.

It was close to where we needed to be. Unfortunately, there were issues with the room. A chair at the desk with a missing wheel, a very lose toilet seat and a bench with screws falling out.
The front desk did take care of the issues quickly. However, this just shows the level of non preventive maintenance.
