The location was easy to get to and the property is beautiful! The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. The black-out curtains worked almost too well - we were almost late the next morning because we were so comfy!
The signs inside the property were not helpful and confusing - we had to ask several staff members for help in finding our way, since we came in a door that wasn't the main entrance. The check-in staff were rude, noting loudly with disdain that we had booked with a third party. Of course we did...the prices on your site were ridiculous!

Very clean rooms. Nice bathroom
SMOKE everywhere. Not just in smoking area, no doors so it just went everywhere. The restaurants were hard to eat in as all were off smoking area. Did not visit carvers.
