The staff, especially the manager Carol, were all amazing! Incredibly friendly, personable and genuine. The breakfast every morning was really good and good coffee. The ample room in the lobby and breakfast area was very nice! Loved the fire pit!
The elevator desperately needs updated/repaired.

STAFF WERE GREAT, LOCATION GREAT, AMENITIES NICE TOUCH,
FACILITIES STARTING AND IS LOOKING OLD. MY ROOM NEEDS A SNAKE IN ALL THE DRAINS, WALL PAPER COMING OFF OF WALLS DUE TO MOISTURE DAMAGE, DEAD SPIDER ON CEILING, BATHROOM DOOR NEEDS TO BE PLANED FOR IT STICKS AND HITS THE FLOOR WHEN CLOSING.

Free breakfast was decent. White bed linens make it easy to check for bugs. I always look when we arrive.
Children running all day on the floor above us. Wrinkles in the damp outdated carpet. Room had a bad mold smell. The bathroom had hair all over that wasn't ours. The remote to the bedroom tv did not work. We tried everything the Spa jets would not turn on and the water came out yellow for a good 10 minutes. Tub drained really really slow. The fan in the bathroom screeched like a horror movie. Would not stay there again.

"So easy to get to from the interstate. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We loved that there was a hot breakfast offered in the morning. We will definitely stay here again."
