Best Western Plus Pioneer Park Inn

Everything! Comfortable room, breakfast, location. Wish I could stay longer

The lobby has extended tables, bar tools, snacks, sandwiches and drinks for purchase.

The washing machines were out of service on our last stay.

Location, quietness, cleanliness, attentive staff, great breakfast.

Can’t think of a think that was negative.

Fine for a one night stay. Nothing special but the front desk check in experience was appalling.

Front desk did not have our reservation-made through Best Western and told us that the information for the day’s reservations had been cleared from the system at 10pm rather than the usual 3am. The two young self described trainees were unable to do anything to find and honor our reservation. Because it was 1:30 am and we were exhausted from our travel I asked if we could then make a new reservation. They quoted a rate much higher than the original reservation. I thought to check booking.com and found a lower rate. The next day we awoke to find that we had still been charged for the original reservation that they could find. Are currently in the process of trying to get a refund. A complete mess with staff who shouldn’t be put in the position of working without support. No manager available to assist.
