Nice location not far from downtown and North Ark College. Staff was nice and nonintrusive. Quiet but still active, was nice. Was glad to see smoking room is an option.
The air conditioner sounded like it was laboring to give birth to its replacement.

Very reasonable price. Room was very clean.
No complaints at all.

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect much. However the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, shower and sink have plenty of hot water. One good feature is the parking right in front of your door.
