We had to use a pliers to get the shower on. My daughter had to switch rooms because the plug for the tub didn't work in her room. The rooms were clean, but the bed, pillows and couch were very uncomfortable. We actually went out and bought pillows at Costco so we could sleep the second night.
The people who worked there were wonderful!!
The pool area was nice!
Using pliers to get the shower to work. I felt like we were going to break the spigot on the tub.

Several kitchen items were put away not well washed. One toilet wasn’t clean. Kitchen sink drained very slowly.

close to restaurants and other amenities
pool and hot tub broken, breakfast delayed on the weekend and we were not told upon check in. poor guidance as to where room was and what was available. Too busy talking about personal life and nothing about our stay and amenities. other than breakfast crew on Saturday other people weren’t very chatty and upon check out no invoice, no email, no personnel available. You’d think on a Sunday at check out time - people would be there to answer questions.
