Beautiful town to enjoy with your family!
Not good experience having horseback riding! Maybe; if the guide could have take safety trail? we cold have enjoy!! I'm not good with up and down hills!

Best hotel in Aspen. Five Stars.
Ski-in Ski-out at Ajax. Ski locker is literally next to the gondola. Location in town is also close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and recently updated. Numerous restaurants and bars on the property. Great staff, ready to assist with all wants and needs. Free shuttles to and from the airport, around town and to Aspen Highlands.
No other hotel in town can compete with the above!
A little pricey. But well worth it for the experience.

great location - very friendly valet and bell staff.. housekeeping is terrific.
concierge team was unhelpful and unfriendly. they warmly greeted some guests and completely ignored others. one gentleman from the concierge staff joined our elevator and stood looking at us until we arrived at the top floor when he rushed off ahead of us. nothing terribly egregious, just a noticeable lack of decent manners.
